Terms of Service
Last updated: October 30, 2026
Veylon AI is a product of Consultify Global. BATCON Software & Technology is a 100% subsidiary of Consultify Global L.L.C. These terms are an agreement between BATCON Software & Technology ("BATCON", "we") and the company or person that signs up for Veylon AI ("you"). By creating an account you accept them.
1. The service
Veylon AI is a CRM with an AI sales and marketing team: it stores your leads, helps you email, book meetings, post to social media, capture leads and place calls. AI bots prepare work; a person in your company approves it before anything is sent, posted or called (unless you switch on automatic actions for safe tasks).
2. Accounts
You must give accurate information, keep passwords safe, and be responsible for everything done under your account and by the users you invite. You must be at least 18 and able to bind your company.
3. Plans, payment and AI credits
- Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew until cancelled. New companies get a free trial of the plan they pick (no card needed). When it ends the workspace pauses until a plan is chosen and paid; nothing is charged automatically and your data is kept.
- Each plan includes AI credits each month. Unused included credits do not carry over. Extra credits you buy are valid for 365 days. AI work is charged by usage, according to the prices shown in the app.
- You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid month. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email.
4. Your responsibilities
- Anti-spam and privacy law: you are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact each lead and for following Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), CAN-SPAM, GDPR and similar laws. Honour unsubscribe requests (Veylon AI marks them do-not-contact automatically).
- Calls: only call people who asked to be contacted, follow do-not-call lists and calling-hour rules, and tell people they are speaking with an AI assistant where the law requires it.
- Content you approve: you are responsible for emails, posts and messages you approve, and for following the rules of the platforms you connect (Meta, LinkedIn, Google, Microsoft).
- No misuse: no unlawful, deceptive, harassing or infringing content; no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service; no reselling without our written permission.
5. AI output
AI can be wrong. Research, scores and drafts are suggestions: check them before you rely on them or approve them. We do not guarantee any number of leads, meetings or sales.
6. Your data
Your workspace data belongs to you. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export it at any time from Settings.
7. Third-party services
When you connect Meta, LinkedIn, Google, Microsoft, Apollo or a phone provider, their own terms also apply. If a platform changes or limits its service, some Veylon AI features may stop working; that is not a breach of these terms.
7a. Phone numbers
- Phone numbers are provided through Veylon AI only, in a separate account for your company with our phone provider (Twilio). You must give correct business details before getting one.
- You are responsible for every call and text made with your numbers, and must follow Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), the CRTC Unsolicited Telecommunications Rules and National Do Not Call List, and any other law that applies (for example the US TCPA). Contact only people who agreed or where the law allows it, and honour every opt-out.
- You will cover our costs and losses caused by misuse of your numbers.
- We may set daily limits and may limit, pause or suspend numbers without notice for abuse, complaints, legal risk or unpaid bills. If your plan is unpaid or cancelled, numbers stop working at once and are released after 30 days; released numbers can't be recovered.
- Numbers beyond your plan's allowance cost an extra monthly fee shown in the app. A number moved in from another phone company can be moved out again on request.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep Veylon AI available and secure but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve or change features; if we remove a major feature you pay for, we will tell you in advance.
9. Suspension and ending
We may suspend accounts that break these terms, put others at risk, or are not paid. You may close your account at any time. After closing, we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and BATCON is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Disputes go to the courts of Ontario.
