How the AI team works
Veylon AI gives every company a small team of AI assistants. They do the legwork; people make the decisions.
The team
| Bot | What it does |

| Chief | Head of the AI team. Reviews everything the other bots propose, rejects weak or risky work, writes your daily briefing and coaches your team. |
| Rover | Explores the web for businesses that match your ideal customer, scores each one 0–100 with sources, and fills in missing details on your leads. |
| Lander | Writes follow-ups, reads replies from leads, drafts answers with meeting times and books meetings. You approve; it sends from your own mailbox. |
| Nova | Creates social posts and short reels on your dates and times, and posts them to Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn only after you approve each one. |
| Echo | Calls leads who asked to be called, says it is an AI assistant, answers basic questions and books a meeting on your calendar. |
How a day works
- Rover and Lander run on their schedule (or when you click Run now). They can read your CRM and the web, but can only propose changes.
- Chief reviews every proposal and scores it.
- You approve in AI Team → Inbox. No email, post or call goes out until a person says yes (unless an admin deliberately turns on automatic mode for a bot).
- Every rejection reason you give is fed back, so the bots improve.
Credits
Each AI action uses a few credits from your plan's monthly allowance. You can see usage by bot and by person in Settings → AI credits, set a monthly limit, and buy top-ups.
Safety
- Bots treat all web pages, emails and lead data as information, never as instructions.
- Consent and do-not-contact lists are respected for email and calls.
- Every action is logged in the Activity log.
